We spent the day at Cavalcade of Bands watching my son march in the Richland Bomber Marching Band! It was a great day. The Bomber Band placed first in their division in the Preliminary competitions, winning four of the five Caption Awards!! Then, they went on to the Finals in the evening, where they placed 2nd overall. It was wonderful and exciting and lots of fun! I am a proud marching band parent, in case you can't tell. These kids put in soooo many hours of practice, and it really showed on Saturday. Their show was Fiddler on the Roof.
