Hey! I had fun!!!

Thank you, EVERYONE, for all the great ideas for getting out of the stamping slump. It is so hard sometimes to get going again!!!

I really appreciated all the thoughtful ideas and encouragement. But the one that really did it for me, was the suggestion to stamp an inchie. Now, I had to do a little looking around to get an idea of what this was, and WOW was I amazed at the Inchie artwork out there!!

So, this is my attempt....I stamped the flower from the Delight in Everything stamp set in Hollyhock ink. Then I used the stem image and made a plaid design right over the flower in Chocolate ink. I distressed the entire square with the chocolate ink, too. I stamped another flower and cut it out, distressed it a little with the chocolate ink and mounted it on the Inchie with a foam square. Finally I used my embossing tool to curl the petals a bit.

This was really a lot of FUN! Give it a try if you've never made an Inchie before.
