I don't know what happened yesterday - I had planned to post these last three cards, but suddenly the day was gone!! So here they are:
Sweetheart!
This little card is definitely sweet! A 3" x 3" card of Colonial white is the base. I stamped the small flourish in second generation Sweet Leaf ink on one half of the card. The striped pattern paper has the top corner folded down (obviously got wrinkled during handling....oops) and is attached to the right side of the card. Then there is a 2" square piece of Sweet Leaf cardstock centered over the top. The heart was a pattern I made and cut out of the pretty pink patterned paper from the Life Delights paper packet. "Sweet" is stamped in Sweet Leaf ink on a 3/4" x 2" strip of Colonial White. I used our new corner rounder punch on the corners and then inked the edges with the Sweet Leaf ink. After layering it over the heart I decided it just needed something more. Inspiration struck when I was looking at the white paper flowers....so I dyed the flower with Lilac Mist reinker, let it dry fully, and then attached it with a small glue dot. The perfect finishing touch!!
